Living Room Furniture:

My furniture is custom, usually customer-specific. All my furniture is not pictured. If you don't see exactly what you like, let me know, I may have done it before.

lntzcofabv.jpg (25588 bytes) lntzflwcof.jpg (27006 bytes) This cherry coffee table with smoked glass top is one of my favorite designs. Massive looking, the end details give it a Japanese look I think.   48L   30D  18H   $1775.00 for something like this.
lntzendtbl.jpg (33355 bytes) lntzendtbldr.jpg (35193 bytes)   End table designed to match the piece above, one drawer, fully dovetailed in cherry.  26L  20D  24H  $1625.00
lntzcnslobk.jpg (37370 bytes) Prairie style console in cherry wood was designed for a foyer, but could be used as a sideboard depending on your needs.   60L  18 1/2D  30H  $2625.00
mcnamclsntblfrt.jpg (31270 bytes) mcnamcnsltbldrwr.jpg (28890 bytes) This console table was done like the one above, but in quartersawn white oak with two coats of dark mission stain, waterproof finish.  60L  32T  18 1/2D  $2675.00
spcabntone.JPG (26495 bytes) spcabtwo.jpg (32087 bytes)  Done to house a collection of "spirits" (and not the kind that go bump in the night), this piece is totally custom.  The artglass design was inspired by the Prairie design aesthetic (circa 1902).  The companies that made the original glass and brass came for the  artglass are still in business.  Original Prairie style glass and came was used for these panels.   52L  42T  17D  $5695.00
robie1.jpg (55153 bytes) robie3.jpg (64206 bytes) roblvstfrnt.jpg (28060 bytes) roblvstback.jpg (36050 bytes)  I tried to slightly modernize this Prairie style design a bit.  The detailing on the ends has been toned down as well.  Also notice that the seat angles down a bit from front to back for a more comfortable (in my opinion), ergonomically correct chair.  Dimensions for chair, small and large sofa respectively - 24H  44W  31D,  24H  68W   31D,  24H  92W  31D.  The 24"  height is to the top of the armrest.  For customers over 5' 10",  I would suggest adding an extra 3" in depth of seat.  Small sofa is pictured.  These pieces in cherry with a waterproof finish would run about $2625.00 for the chair, $2950.00 for the small sofa and $3650.00 for the large sofa.  The extra depth feature adds about $75.00 to each piece.  For info on fabric styles, go to the fabrics page.
libtablnchr.jpg (35507 bytes) libtblnchrwdrw.jpg (32561 bytes) The design for this sofa table was provided by the customer and I modified it slightly.  The table is about three inches taller than a typical desk, but the customers wanted a table that could double as a server.  The pieces are in cherry, fabric for the seat provided by the customers.  Table  31H  54W  19D.  $2995.00.  Chair $845.00.
rob_hse_table_-_cherry.jpg (10994 bytes) robietabretone.jpg (30095 bytes) robietabrettwo.jpg (18212 bytes) This occasional table and tabourette  were inspired by the designs of the Prairie architects.  Note the use of flared feet and thin slats just under the top.   Occasional table  16 1/2H  36W  22D.   Tabourette (small table)  15H  14W  14D. More work here than meets the eye, the occasional table as shown in cherry runs about  $1925.00 (glass shipping extra), and the tabourette as shown in quartersawn white oak stained $1325.00.
10-13-98 cherry coffee table.jpg (19267 bytes) A cherry occasional table in a Mission Style basically with beveled top.  Tung oil finish.   17H  36W  22D.  $1625.00.

lntzhllbnchrd.jpg (27714 bytes) lntzhllbnchup.jpg (28550 bytes)   The hall bench pictured was built of cherry with birdseye maple panels. Although the customer didn't need it, the seat could be made to lift with storage underneath. 36H  62W  18D  $2995.00
willowleft.jpg (36856 bytes) wilowright.jpg (28441 bytes)  I love the work of Rennie Mackintosh, a Scottish designer/artist whose peak I suppose began around the turn of the last century.  The original "Willow " chair done for the Willow Tea Rooms in Glasgow was built in 1904 - it looks as though it could have been designed yesterday.  Storage space under seat.  42 1/2H  37W  16 1/8D  This hand-made, solid wood reproduction (no plywood!) can be done for about $3135.00.
